Shipping & Returns
- We currently ship exclusively through USPS. Orders are typically processed within 2 - 3 Business days but usually much faster. If there is a problem with the order, you will be contacted and told of the issue.
- International customers have the options of Airmail and Surface mail. Price will be kind of steep. These prices are generated straight from the USPS server based on the weight of your package. If the cost of shipping your package is less than what the site charges, you WILL BE REFUNDED for the overage.
- International shipping: SURFACE takes roughly 6 - 8 weeks (that is 1.5 to 2 MONTHS), AIRMAIL is 7 - 10 days and is the option that I recommend. Please keep this info in mind when selecting your shipping options. It will greatly impact the time it takes for the package to arrive. These are, also of course, rough estimates and not EXACT time frames.
